Our client is seeking a Business Controller to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a dynamic business unit. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions and improve financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate forecasting and planning activities for a specific business unit.
  • Analyse business performance, processes, and financial results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to enhance financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Create and deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer/Complaint Management.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business intelligence systems, reporting processes, and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant experience in controlling or financial analysis, ideally within an international environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of numerical competence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
