Take the lead in shaping the people strategy of a fast-growing international organisation. As Director of Human Resources, you’ll influence HR operations across more than 20 affiliated companies, driving talent acquisition, development, and engagement while supporting the organisation’s ambitious growth plans.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Lead and manage the HR function across the entire organisation, spanning multiple affiliated companies.

  • Serve as the primary HR contact and act as a permanent member of the leadership team.

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to attract, hire, and retain senior and executive-level talent.

  • Design and roll out standardised, organisation-wide HR processes to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience.

  • Oversee HR controlling, including KPI reporting and analytics for senior leadership.

  • Continuously optimise the HR function and lead a high-performing team of experienced professionals.

What you bring

You are strategic, hands-on, and experienced in HR leadership:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from consultancy, venture capital/private equity, or a dynamic start-up/scale-up.

  • Proven track record in HR leadership with a focus on execution, structure, and results.

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work hands-on when required.

  • Fluent in German and English.
