Risk and ICS Manager Location: Munich, Germany Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and ICS Manager to support and strengthen their internal control system and risk management framework in line with group and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the internal control system (ICS), including operational, compliance, and MaRisk-related controls. Conduct risk assessments (inherent and residual), document control activities, and propose improvements. Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support process optimisation. Support risk identification, including ESG risks, and assist in developing risk measurement tools. Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., MaRisk), maintain documentation, and contribute to strategy updates. Coordinate with group risk functions and provide regular/ad hoc reporting. Support internal and external audits, data quality initiatives, and cross-functional risk topics. Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in risk management, ICS, compliance, or audit. Understanding of corporate and regulatory risk frameworks (e.g., MaRisk). Experience in financial services, banking, or leasing preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Munich A role that inspires you Join a dynamic finance team where your expertise ensures seamless, accurate, and compliant accounts payable operations. As Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be central to managing vendor transactions and financial processes in a fast-paced international environment. What you’ll be doing Review, post, and process invoices and special ledger transactions using SAP S/4HANA and workflow tools. Accurately record and reconcile bank transactions. Handle vendor invoices related to fixed assets following asset accounting standards. Execute payment runs within SAP. Monitor and clear outstanding accounts payable items. Review and process corporate credit card statements in line with internal policies. What you bring Several years’ experience in accounts payable with strong knowledge of German and EU VAT rules. Confidence managing vendor transactions tied to purchase orders, ideally with SAP MM. Advanced skills in SAP S/4HANA are highly preferred. Strong interest in accounts payable processes and tax-related matters. Proactive, responsible, and an effective team player. Fluent in German and English.
