You will support commercial activity and operational functions by delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate tenders, commercial contracts and customer agreements. Support commercial negotiations and advise on contractual risk. Review and negotiate distribution, OEM, system integrator agreements. Develop, maintain and update contract templates and terms and conditions. Provide support on pre-litigation matters, claims and dispute resolution. Coordinate and oversee litigation, representing the organisation before courts, authorities and other bodies where required. This role involves advising on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support negotiations of contracts, including industry-standard construction agreements and distribution/channel terms. Provide legal guidance on antitrust and competition regulations in distribution and channel partnerships. Develop and maintain contract templates and legal policies. Identify and mitigate legal risks by contributing to policies and procedures. Manage claims and litigation processes. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Deliver training and support legal compliance programs. Provide additional legal support as required by management.
