Senior Legal Counsel Location: Stockholm, Sweden Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a trusted legal advisor to a diverse, multi-entity business with both local and international operations. You will support commercial activity and operational functions by delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across a broad range of matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate tenders, commercial contracts and customer agreements. Support commercial negotiations and advise on contractual risk. Review and negotiate distribution, OEM, system integrator agreements. Develop, maintain and update contract templates and terms and conditions. Provide support on pre-litigation matters, claims and dispute resolution. Coordinate and oversee litigation, representing the organisation before courts, authorities and other bodies where required.
