Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead transfer pricing activities within a dynamic multinational finance team. This role focuses on managing transfer pricing documentation, advising on restructurings, and collaborating with tax authorities worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Assess and document business restructurings and transfer pricing implications, including intangible asset valuations. Serve as a key liaison with domestic and international tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews. Support and coordinate global transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local Files. Perform data analysis and prepare transfer pricing reports based on functional and economic analyses. Assist in negotiating and managing advance pricing agreements and resolving transfer pricing disputes globally. Contribute to the review and enhancement of transfer pricing policies and frameworks. Provide transfer pricing expertise for corporate projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or equivalent qualification. Several years of relevant experience in transfer pricing within consulting firms, corporate tax departments, or tax authorities. Strong understanding of both domestic and international transfer pricing and tax regulations. Proficient in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
