Legal Counsel 
Location: Frankfurt / Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of commercial, corporate and regulatory legal matters within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to business stakeholders on commercial and corporate matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
  • Support legal risk assessments and compliance-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external legal advisors.
  • Contribute to policy development, governance initiatives and process improvements.
  • Support strategic and cross-functional business projects.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organisation.

Your Profile:

  • Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications and professional experience.
  • Several years of experience within an in-house or commercial legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law topics.
  • Experience working within international or cross-border environments would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
