Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy / Projects
Location: Berlin

Our client is seeking a legal professional for an exclusive mandate with a fast-growing renewable energy start-up with a strong international footprint. Operating at the forefront of the energy transition, the company offers the opportunity to join a growing legal function and play a key role in delivering large-scale, multi-jurisdictional renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts.
  • Advising on renewable energy project development and execution.
  • Supporting commercial contracts related to energy infrastructure.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and external counsel.
  • Exposure to regulatory and project finance interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with good Staatsexamen results.
  • 2–6 years of professional experience, gained in a law firm or in-house.
  • Background in energy law, project finance, or commercial contracts in renewable energies.
  • Commercial, pragmatic mindset and interest in working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Senior Legal Counsel Location: Stockholm, Sweden Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a trusted legal advisor to a diverse, multi-entity business with both local and international operations. Relevant experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal role, ideally within construction, energy or renewable sectors. Strong understanding of in-house legal operations, with the ability to identify key business risks and provide practical, solution-oriented advice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. A structured, analytical and results-driven working style.
