Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate tenders, commercial contracts and customer agreements. Support commercial negotiations and advise on contractual risk. Review and negotiate distribution, OEM, system integrator agreements. Develop, maintain and update contract templates and terms and conditions. Provide support on pre-litigation matters, claims and dispute resolution. Coordinate and oversee litigation, representing the organisation before courts, authorities and other bodies where required. Support real estate-related matters and employment law issues at a local level. Deliver legal and compliance training to management and business teams. Manage external legal counsel and ensure effective representation of the organisation’s interests. Requirements: Law degree with qualification to practise as a lawyer in Sweden. Relevant experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal role, ideally within construction, energy or renewable sectors. Strong understanding of in-house legal operations, with the ability to identify key business risks and provide practical, solution-oriented advice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. A structured, analytical and results-driven working style.

This role involves advising on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support negotiations of contracts, including industry-standard construction agreements and distribution/channel terms. Provide legal guidance on antitrust and competition regulations in distribution and channel partnerships. Develop and maintain contract templates and legal policies. Identify and mitigate legal risks by contributing to policies and procedures. Manage claims and litigation processes. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
