Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice from transaction planning to documentation. Support compliance and governance throughout deal execution. Lead and coordinate due diligence processes. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with stakeholders. Assist in securing regulatory and internal approvals. Manage closing activities and oversee contractual obligations. Develop interim procedures between signing and completion. Liaise with external advisors and manage related budgets. Your Profile Qualified lawyer with solid M&A or corporate transaction experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Commercially aware and culturally adaptable. Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
