What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Advise domestic and international business units on transfer pricing matters.

  • Analyse business models and transactions, providing strategic input from a transfer pricing perspective.

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies and models, supporting ongoing monitoring of pricing policies.

  • Coordinate and maintain global and local transfer pricing documentation, including drafting intercompany agreements.

  • Support tax audits and represent the company in discussions with tax authorities.

  • Participate in international mutual agreement procedures and arbitration cases.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving transfer pricing topics.

What you bring

You are a skilled tax professional with a strong analytical mindset:

  • Degree in economics, finance, taxation, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, gained in consulting or an international corporate environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Tagetik) is an advantage. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

  • Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong initiative, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Independent, solution-oriented, and numerically precise.
