Director of Human Resources Location: Munich A role that inspires you Take the lead in shaping the people strategy of a fast-growing international organisation. As Director of Human Resources, you’ll influence HR operations across more than 20 affiliated companies, driving talent acquisition, development, and engagement while supporting the organisation’s ambitious growth plans. What you’ll be doing You will: Lead and manage the HR function across the entire organisation, spanning multiple affiliated companies. Serve as the primary HR contact and act as a permanent member of the leadership team. Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to attract, hire, and retain senior and executive-level talent. Design and roll out standardised, organisation-wide HR processes to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience. Oversee HR controlling, including KPI reporting and analytics for senior leadership. Continuously optimise the HR function and lead a high-performing team of experienced professionals. What you bring You are strategic, hands-on, and experienced in HR leadership: University degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from consultancy, venture capital/private equity, or a dynamic start-up/scale-up. Proven track record in HR leadership with a focus on execution, structure, and results. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work hands-on when required. Fluent in German and English. Junior Risk & ICS Manager

Risk and ICS Manager Location: Munich, Germany Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and ICS Manager to support and strengthen their internal control system and risk management framework in line with group and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the internal control system (ICS), including operational, compliance, and MaRisk-related controls. Conduct risk assessments (inherent and residual), document control activities, and propose improvements. Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support process optimisation. Support risk identification, including ESG risks, and assist in developing risk measurement tools. Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., MaRisk), maintain documentation, and contribute to strategy updates. Coordinate with group risk functions and provide regular/ad hoc reporting. Support internal and external audits, data quality initiatives, and cross-functional risk topics. Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in risk management, ICS, compliance, or audit. Understanding of corporate and regulatory risk frameworks (e.g., MaRisk). Experience in financial services, banking, or leasing preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Fluent in German; proficient in business English. Reliable, independent, and structured working style with high professional integrity.
