The Opportunity This is a hands-on group accounting role at the heart of a fast-growing European business operating across multiple countries. You'll play a central part in the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, take ownership of accounting topics across both individual and group entities, and contribute to the ongoing development of consolidation and reporting processes. That means working closely with local teams worldwide, leading tax reviews, and being the central point of contact for senior management on tax risk matters. The Role Implement and enhance the global tax risk management framework Identify, assess, and monitor tax risks globally in partnership with local teams Lead tax reviews globally and ensure consistent standards across jurisdictions Develop and implement internal tax risk controls and mitigation strategies Monitor global tax legislation changes and assess their impact on the group's risk position Support local teams with documentation for internal and external audits Coordinate global tax risk reporting across the international tax and compliance functions Represent the tax team in cross-functional, group-wide projects Present at internal workshops and to senior management stakeholders Manage the annual certificate of residence process and contribute to strategic tax planning The Company A large, internationally active group with operations across multiple markets.
