Senior Group HR Controller Location: Wiesbaden Our client is seeking a Group HR Controller to lead HR budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role bridges HR and Finance to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Act as a financial advisor to HR, ensuring alignment between HR and Finance through regular reporting to leadership. Lead global HR budgeting and financial planning to support long-term strategic goals. Analyse and report key HR metrics monthly, providing recommendations for cost and process improvements. Identify financial risks and opportunities within HR and drive performance-enhancing initiatives. Ensure accuracy of HR data and cost flows; improve processes at the intersection of HR and Finance. Your Profile: Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field. Several years of relevant experience in corporate finance or controlling, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organisation. Familiarity with HR processes and systems is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively. A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills in both German and English; you are comfortable working hands-on in a team environment.
