Project Finance Manager Location: Hamburg Our client is seeking a Project Finance Manager to support post-FID financing across projects in construction and operation. Working with Treasury, Corporate Finance, and Asset Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial performance and long-term success of the project portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financing activities for post-FID projects, including drawdowns and liquidity planning. Develop budgets and financial forecasts, track performance, and initiate corrective actions when required. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project value. Collaborate with internal teams—project management, legal, senior leadership, and shareholders—providing financial guidance throughout the lifecycle. Ensure compliance with financing obligations, covenants, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards; prepare financial reports and documentation. Manage consolidated debt reporting for shareholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or investment banking. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities. Fluency in English and German.
