Legal Counsel - IT Law Location: Bonn Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specialising in IT law to support large-scale IT projects in a fast-paced international setting. In this role you will advise on technology contracts, public procurement, and IP matters while working closely with project teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on IT and IP law, general civil law, and public procurement (tender) regulations. Support and negotiate contracts related to large-scale software development and implementation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risks and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles. Apply practical project management skills to align legal strategies with business objectives. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of IT-related agreements and procurement documentation. Assist with dispute resolution and support regulatory compliance in IT procurement and licensing. Your Profile: Qualified lawyer with strong legal exam results. 8+ years’ experience in IT projects, combining law firm and in-house legal backgrounds. Expertise in IT law, intellectual property, public procurement law, and general civil law. Practical knowledge of large-scale IT project environments, including software development and implementation. Business fluent in English, with an LL.M. or equivalent experience in English-speaking environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and project collaboration skills. Regional Export Compliance Manager Location: Nuremberg Our client is seeking a Regional Export Compliance Manager to drive compliance and risk management across Europe. This role offers the chance to lead regional export control functions, advise senior management, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead regional export control and sanctions compliance, promoting a strong compliance culture. Advise executive leadership on regulatory changes and strategic compliance matters. Develop, implement, and manage regional export control policies aligned with global standards. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure business compliance. Identify and mitigate compliance risks. Liaise with regulators, government agencies, and industry groups. Lead investigations and manage corrective actions for compliance incidents. Oversee export license processes and recordkeeping. Deliver training and promote compliance awareness. Continuously enhance processes using best practices and technology. Collaborate with legal, compliance, customs, and business teams to ensure compliant operations. Your Profile: Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. 8–10+ years’ experience in export control and sanctions compliance with leadership exposure. Proven ability advising senior management on complex compliance issues. Skilled in policy development and execution within matrix organizations. Strong analytical, decision-making, and team leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of EU and US export control regulations and compliance systems. Experienced with export control software and compliance program management. Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office for reporting and task coordination.

Legal Counsel Location: Dusseldorf Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a growing portfolio of commercial and technology-driven business activities. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of contractual, regulatory, and strategic matters, working closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment. You will take ownership of legal topics and help shape new products and business models. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary legal contact for our group companies and business units, with a focus on energy. Provide legal guidance for new product launches and commercial initiatives. Support market entry activities and coordinate with external legal advisers. Your Profile: Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen), ideally with strong academic results. Experience in commercial, regulatory, or technology-related legal topics is an advantage; motivated graduates are welcome. Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with interest in commercial topics. Collaborative approach and ability to work confidently across departments. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities independently. Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
