This is a senior individual contributor role where you will play a key part in a significant upcoming corporate transaction, drive M&A workstreams, and provide broad commercial legal support across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead on a significant corporate transaction - assessing current documentation, identifying gaps, and managing due diligence workstreams.
