SAP Security & Access Management Consultant

Hybrid

The Opportunity

Tired of being one of many voices in a security function where nobody quite owns the outcome? Here, you would be the outcome.

This role gives you end to end ownership of SAP security and access governance across a genuinely broad landscape: S/4HANA, Ariba, SAC and SuccessFactors. Not a slice of it. All of it.

The Role

  • Own SAP security and access controls across S/4HANA and Ariba, keeping SOX and SoD compliance on track
  • Manage user provisioning, role design and access governance through CUA, Firefighter and Active Directory
  • Lead the rollout of Fastpath (Delinea) or a similar audit automation platform, and drive how it gets used day to day
  • Provide functional support for security related reports, interfaces and enhancements, including technical design input for ABAP work
  • Support internal and external SOX and ITGC audits, access reviews and risk remediation
  • Work alongside the Enterprise SAP Architect, Integration Architect and functional module leads so security design lines up with cross module integration
  • Hold the AMS partner accountable to SLAs, while keeping security decisions in house where they belong
  • Take ownership of security and access localisation across M&A locations, guiding external consultants through those requests

The Company

Our client is a well established, internationally operating business going through active growth, including recent M&A activity that has expanded its footprint. You would be joining at a point where security decisions genuinely shape how that growth gets integrated.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of hands-on SAP security and access management experience, with strong end to end knowledge of CUA and Firefighter provisioning
  • SAP S/4HANA security experience
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementation or upgrade projects involving SAP ECC/S/4HANA security and access design
  • Extensive experience with RBAC, Segregation of Duties and access review or remediation processes
  • Direct experience implementing and administering Fastpath (Delinea) or a comparable platform
  • In depth knowledge of security master data: roles, composite roles, authorisation objects and org level restrictions
  • Experience supporting SOX/ITGC controls, access certifications and audit evidence gathering

SAP FICO Architect

SAP Financial Controller Architect The Opportunity If you're ready to be the go-to architect for Finance and Controlling rather than one voice among many, this is worth a look. You'll take primary ownership of FI/CO and Profitability Analysis architecture across S/4HANA, shaping how the function runs rather than just maintaining it. The Role You'll be the lead architect for Finance, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis functionality across S/4HANA and connected systems. That means: Owning FI/CO modules and sub-modules across General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Tax Management Designing reports, interfaces, and enhancements, and writing the technical specs that guide ABAP development Digging into existing processes and data to find where the real improvements are, then building the solutions Working directly with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to see implementations through Taking ownership of localization for newly acquired entities and directing external consultants on localization work That last point matters: this business is actively growing through acquisition, so you'll be the one setting the standard for how new entities get integrated into the SAP landscape, not just following someone else's playbook. The Company Our client is an industry-leading, internationally operating organization running its finance function on S/4HANA. The business is in active growth mode through M&A, which means a steady stream of new localization and integration work landing on your desk, real variety, and visible impact rather than routine maintenance. SAP Solution Architect

SAP Solution Architect The Opportunity If you're an SAP Solution Architect who wants ownership of a full S/4HANA landscape rather than a single slice of it, this is worth a closer look. You'll be the architectural authority across SD, MM, FICO, PP and PM, shaping how the business runs on SAP rather than just keeping it running. This is a $165,000 + bonus role for someone who wants to lead, not just implement. The Role You'll design, document and maintain enterprise-wide SAP architecture across the S/4HANA Private Cloud platform, covering SD, MM, FICO, PP and PM. You'll define the integration strategy for SuccessFactors, Ariba and SAP Analytics Cloud, making sure data moves between systems securely and reliably. You'll provide architectural governance through blueprinting, implementation, testing and cutover, and act as the go-to technical and functional advisor for project teams, developers and functional leads. You'll guide the interfaces and APIs connecting SAP to third-party systems, and you'll have a direct hand in where the platform goes next: Fiori UX, embedded analytics, machine learning and automation. You'll also lead proofs-of-concept on emerging SAP tools, so you're not just maintaining the roadmap, you're helping write it. The Company You'll join an established, industry-leading organisation running a complex, multi-module SAP environment, supporting business processes across retail, manufacturing and similar operational settings.
