Die Aufgaben Vollständige People-Management-Verantwortung für Ihre Engineers über mehrere Product Teams hinweg. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tech Leadership Team zur Festlegung technischer OKRs und Unterstützung der Engineers bei deren Umsetzung. Aktive Mitwirkung bei Interviews, Onboarding und der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung neuer Engineers. Nah am Codebase bleiben, rund die Hälfte der Zeit, mit Beiträgen zu Architecture Reviews und der Modernisierung von Legacy-Systemen. Auf Augenhöhe mit bestehenden Team Leads agieren und durch Klarheit und technische Glaubwürdigkeit führen, nicht durch Hierarchie. Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Team Lead mit direkter, disziplinarischer Verantwortung für mehrere Engineers. Starker Software-Engineering-Hintergrund und echtes Interesse, neben der People Leadership auch technisch hands-on zu bleiben. Erfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation mit getrennten Product- und People-Leadership-Linien. Strukturierter, empathischer Ansatz bei Feedback, Performance-Gesprächen und Karriereentwicklung. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sicheres Englisch.

Senior Platform Engineer Location: Nuremberg Our client is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to support the development and operation of scalable platform and cloud infrastructure solutions within a modern technology environment. This role focuses on platform engineering, automation and reliable service delivery across distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain core platform services, tools and shared components. Support cloud infrastructure, automation and CI/CD initiatives. Contribute to the operation and optimisation of containerised environments and distributed platforms. Collaborate with development teams on scalability, reliability and security topics. This role focuses on system-level development, architecture and platform integration projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Windows system-level components including drivers, services and installers. Support architecture and integration initiatives across Windows and Linux environments. Maintain development pipelines and automation processes.
