Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel  Location: Berlin Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support regulatory, commercial, and fund-related legal matters within an international investment environment. This role offers broad exposure to cross-border legal and regulatory topics, with close collaboration across business, product, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities: Advise on regulatory and commercial legal matters across international operations. Support fund-related and cross-border projects involving regulated investment services. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and technology-related contracts. Provide legal guidance on data protection, regulatory compliance, and operational governance topics. Support the development and optimisation of legal and contract management processes. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organisation. Your Profile: Fully qualified German lawyer with several years of post-qualification experience. Strong background in regulatory, commercial, and contract law within an international environment. Experience with regulated investment, financial, or cross-border service activities is advantageous. Familiarity with outsourcing, technology, and data protection topics.
