Legal Counsel - Corporate Law Location: Wurzburg A role that inspires you As Legal Counsel - Corporate Law, you will join an international in-house legal team advising on complex cross-border matters. You will support the business on corporate law, contract law and M&A issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors across an internationally operating group. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, licensing and service agreements. Your Profile: Fully qualified lawyer with above-average state exams or an internationally comparable qualification. Professional experience in corporate law, contract law and M&A. Proven track record advising on complex international transactions. Pragmatic and commercially minded, with a focus on robust legal solutions. Confident communicator able to explain complex issues clearly and present alternative options. Intercultural competence and strong collaboration skills.
