This role offers broad exposure to regulatory, operational and crisis management topics within a highly regulated international environment. Key Responsibilities: Support and further develop the group-wide Business Continuity Management framework. Conduct business impact analyses, risk assessments and continuity planning activities. Maintain and improve BCM policies, processes and governance structures. Coordinate crisis management, continuity testing and recovery exercises. Support compliance with regulatory requirements including DORA, MaRisk and EBA guidelines. Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance and operational teams on resilience-related initiatives.
