The role focuses on corporate, contract, and commercial law, advising business units and contributing to complex, cross-border projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide corporate law support for domestic and international entities. Advise on governance, decision-making processes, and committee matters. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and project documentation. Support strategic initiatives, restructurings, and company formations. Prepare legal analyses and recommendations for senior management. Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical guidance. Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and authorities.
