This role focuses on managing transfer pricing documentation, advising on restructurings, and collaborating with tax authorities worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Assess and document business restructurings and transfer pricing implications, including intangible asset valuations. Serve as a key liaison with domestic and international tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews. Support and coordinate global transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local Files. Perform data analysis and prepare transfer pricing reports based on functional and economic analyses. Assist in negotiating and managing advance pricing agreements and resolving transfer pricing disputes globally. Contribute to the review and enhancement of transfer pricing policies and frameworks. Provide transfer pricing expertise for corporate projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or equivalent qualification.
